The South African Society for Enology and Viticulture Conference in 2023 aims to transfer the latest research knowledge generated by local researchers and post-graduate students on emerging issues that impact the local industry’s competitiveness and sustainability.
Research conducted and the results obtained that will be showcased at the conference also show that we are internally generating new knowledge and pushing the frontiers of science. This year our Programme is themed, Homegrown Knowledge, Exploring the Impact of Local Research on a Global Scale.
