SEMINAR

UNLOCKING THE SECRETS OF MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION (MLF) BRIDGING SCIENCE, ART AND PRACTICES IN WINEMAKING.

Introducing a not-to-miss seminar at the 43rd SASEV Conference on Day 1 of our Programme, that will cover:

  • The importance of both scientific knowledge and winemaking skills in mastering the complex process of malolactic fermentation.
  • Learn the crucial factors and considerations that make all the difference between ordinary and extraordinary wines, as we bridge the gap between knowledge and practice.

The integration of theory and practice, suggests that understanding the science behind MLF and applying it with artistic finesse is essential for producing exceptional wines and unlocking flavours, enhancing mouthfeel and increasing the overall quality of your wines.
