Invitation to Submit papers
An invitation to submit your paper(s) to south african journal of enology and viticulture (sajev)
The South African Journal of Enology and Viticulture (SAJEV) publishes full-length original research papers, research notes and review papers on all subjects related to enology and viticulture. One volume is published per annum, two numbers per volume. The first number is published in May/June and the second in November/December.
Papers on topics of related research fields, for instance fruit juice preservation, cider fermentations, treatment of cellar waste water, etc., will also be considered for publication. Review papers are encouraged. Conference proceedings will be published and a number of pages will be set aside to list upcoming national and international conferences and workshops.
All manuscripts are submitted electronically by logging into http://www.journals.ac.za. As soon as you have logged on, you will be asked to register, followed by a step-by-step guidance through the submission process. Please see the attached Guide to Authors to prepare and submit your manuscript.
Manuscript CentralTM is one of the biggest databases that currently receives more than 35 000 manuscripts per month and has 4.2 million registered users. Once you have submitted your manuscript, you will be able to follow the reviewing process. The title and abstract of your manuscript will be listed in other databases, for instance Science Direct.
Manuscripts are peer-reviewed by experts in their field.
